Nice place.
Close to Sukhumvit Rd and clean room. Good breakfast and amenities. Nice staff and easy parking.
People outside room at pool very late were noisy and smoking. Room is small.

Check out, was a bit long winded. Receptionist wouldn't order a taxi for us until the bell boy had checked the room, wasted 5 - 10 minutes when we could have done with a quick exit to the airport.

Non touristy area
right beside skytrain. breakfast was ok. quiet at night.
sukhumvit is a very large area and this hotel is not in a tourist area if the city. our bed was not that comfortable, decor is a little tired and staff needed to check the room before we checked out. lacking in trust aling with pre pay requirement. not very professional. aircon was old and noisey. no western channels on tv. most of the above would be easy to sort.

It was clean and the big bed was ok and softer than other...
It was clean and the big bed was ok and softer than other beds in Thailand. The location was perfect with great food markets around the corner. It also had a big shopping mall with all essentials just a short walk away. The pool area was clean and relaxing.also really nice it was open until late. We are really happy we spent our first day in Thailand there. The staff was really service minded and accommodating. We arrived early and they checked us in without a question and they were also so helpful with calling taxi and checking us out at 4 am. Would strongly recommend.
The walls are quite thin and could be a problem for some, for us it really didn’t matter as it is overall a very quiet hotel.
